What's the origin of the Viking Age: Mostly historians (they took a chunk of time and named it like that). Oh, and everything else that was happening around the world that changed the dynamics of that corner of the world...
Does A, B, C, D, or E is what caused the Viking Age? Yes, maybe, and sometimes no. It's complicated...
